Ingredients
- Olive Oil 2 tsps
- Chopped Brocolli 1 bag
- Kale 1 bag
- Purple Cabbage 1 bag
- Spinach 1 bag
- Chopped White Onion 1/3 cup
- Baby Bella Mushrooms 1/2 cup
- Cilantro 1 tsp
- Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
- Meat (Shrimp Chicken and Beef) 1 cup
It's an easy recipe that adds a ton of nutrition to your day:)
Method
- Heat up 2 tsps of Olive Oil.
- Mix chopped brocolli, kale, purple cabbage and spinach and saute it.
- Add 1/3 cup of chopped white onion, 1/2 cup baby bella mushrooms, 1 tsp cilantro.
- Drizzle.
- Add 1 cup of meat (Shrimp Chicken and Beef) and more reduced sodium soy sauce.
- Cook until tender.
- Enjoy!
