Ingredients
- Olive Oil 1 tbsp
- Tomato quartered 2
- Cloves Garlic Minced 4
- Skinless chicken thighs 8 boneless
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Garlic Powder 1 tsp
- Dried Basil 1 tsp
- Balsamic Vinegar 1/2 cup
- Onion 1
- Sliced pound fresh green beans 1
- Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Method
- Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil and vinegar.
- Top with sliced onion and tomato.
- Cover and cook on low heat in crock pot or other slow cooker for at least 4 hours.
- Add green beans during the last 30 minutes of cooking time
- Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately.
