- Water 2 cup
- Granulated sugar 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Pitted diced well ripened mango 4 cups

Method
- In a small saucepan combine water and sugar until sugar dissolves. Chill. Combine syrup with remaining ingredients and blend on high until well mixed freeze in ice cream maker and serve.
