  • BBQ chicken seasoning 4 tbsp
  • Olive Oil 6 tbsp

Simple smoked chicken

Method

  1. Clean Chicken and pat dry.
  2. Coat evenly with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle Onion Powder.
  4. Take your favorite chicken seasoning, coat evenly.
  5. Set smoker to 250 degrees F.
  6. Place a tray of water.
  7. Smoke at 250 degrees F until 155 in the Center.
  8. Remove and stand about 30 minutes to seal the juices.
  9. Do a final check before eating internal temp, should reach 165 degrees F.
  10. Slice and enjoy!.
  11. This is a simple recipe that's a must try if you have a smoker! If not, you could use the oven and bake it at 350 until the internal temp is 155
  12. Remove and let rest until the internal temp reaches 165.
