  • All purpose flour 1 ½ cups
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
  • Baking powder 2 teaspoon
  • Vanilla almond milk 1 cup
  • Olive oil 1 tablespoon
  • Water 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
  • Butter 2 ½ tablespoon
  • Maple syrup ¼ cup

  1. Combine dry ingredients and mix slightly.
  2. Add milk, oil, water, and vanilla. Do not over mix, butter should be slightly lumpy.
  3. Heat pan on stove, when pan is hot, add butter and pour butter into.
  4. pan to be the size of your desired pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface.
  5. Carefully flip pancakes with turner/spatula and cook until golden brown.
  6. Add your favorite maple syrup and enjoy.
