  • Evaporated milk 1 can
  • Pumpkin 15 oz
  • Brown sugar 1 1/4 cup
  • Pumpkin pie spice 2 tsp
  • Allspice 1/4 tsp
  • Cloves 1/4 tsp
  • Nutmeg 1/4 tsp
  • Vanilla 2 tsp
  • Melted butter 3 tbsp
  • Flour 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp

 Note: Makes two pies.

Method

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together.
  2. Pour into a 9” or 10” pie dish.
  3. Bake at 350degree for 40-45 minutes.
