Note: You can swap out any of the filling in the cup for other meats or veggies that are in the P or W category.

Method

  1. Line each muffin tin with ham, turkey, or other meat.
  2. Sprinkle cheese and veggies in each cup.
  3. Crack eggs into the top scrambled or whole.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  5. Bake for 18 minutes (less if you’d like a soft yolk).
  6. Enjoy!
