How Long Before A Meal

How long before a meal should I take the slippery meal. The other dilemma is that I take supplements with my meal. I read slippery elm can prevent absorption of medication and supplements.

The best way is to take slippery elm capsules is 15-20 minutes before taking meals! Avoid using slippery elm within 30 minutes or so of taking any critical medication as it may reduce its effectiveness. Following the 30- minute rule is all you need to do.
