I picked this up and the Diverticulitis book for my mom, who is 71, and suffering a lot. This tea helps calm her insides and relaxes her plus she really likes the taste. She adds just a teeny bit of Stevia and it is perfectly yummy to her. Also, she is able to reuse the tea bags twice. They are very nice tea bags and compost perfectly.
